Ordering is Fast and Super Easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Select your apparel. There is never a minimum order and you can mix and match all of the items throughout the site. Adding items to your cart is easy. Be sure to select the size, color, and specify the quantity for each item before hitting the 'Add to Cart' button. The number of items and subtotal of your order will be displayed in the upper right corner of our site.

 


2. When you are done adding your items to the cart, proceed to Checkout and follow the steps. Enter your email address to create an account with us. Our automated system will store your information so we can save you the time of re-entering it when you order from us the next time.

 


3. Next, tell us how you would like your items embroidered. You can view your embroidery options by visiting the Free Embroidery page or by clicking here. When you are in the checkout process, you will also be guided through this step.

 


4. Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a member of our team will contact you if needed prior to sewing your order.






FAQs
Q: Can I have my logo evaluated for free?
Absolutely, it's free and it's easy. One of our graphics experts will be happy to look at your logo or design you one from scratch. Just email it to logos@rjroberts.com or fax it to 888-360-4978. You will receive a response within 2 business days and sometimes sooner.
Q: What's the ordering process like?
Once you place an order with us and submit your logo, either through the web or phone, (800-521-6022) expect an email confirmation within 24 hours. If you are a new customer or are using a new logo, you will see a digital proof within the next 2 to 3 business days. Once you're 110% happy with it, we start sewing or screen-printing. We will ship your order 7-10 business days after your logo approval. If you need a rush order, it's no problem - please contact us! If your logo is already on file from a previous order, expect your new apparel that much faster.
Q: Does the listed price on each item include embroidery?
Yes. The price you see for each item is the price you pay. No gimmicks or application charges here. If you want your logo on more than one location on a garment (like the sleeve or right chest), simply add $5.99 per application.
Q: Will I see a proof of my logo before it is put into production?
Absolutely. We want you to be rock-solid certain of how your order will look. We will not start your order until you have signed off on a digitized version of your logo. You will be able to see how the individual threads look. If this is a repeat order, we will not bother you with another proof unless you request it.
Q: What does 'digitized' mean?
When you send us your logo, we have it digitized, which means the image is converted into a format our sewing machines can read. You will be able to see a proof of how your logo will look sewn-out, that is, how each individual sewing thread forms your logo.
Q: About how long does this whole process take?
Expect your order to be out the door in 7-10 business days, once your logo is set up. We can accommodate rush orders, though, so please contact us if you need even faster service by email at info@rjroberts.com or by phone 800-521-6022.
Q: What is the minimum order?
It's simple: there is none. You can mix and match all our items or buy just one.
Q: Is there a logo set up fee if I reorder?
Absolutely not! Your logo is on file here forever; you can reorder as many times as you like and pay no extra fees.
Q: What is your quality guarantee like?
We guarantee that you will be happy with your order and we will work with you to fix it if it is not to your liking. We strive to keep you 100% satisfied so you'll do business with us again and again. Q: What if I have a logo apparel company already?
Like our store but don't want to ditch your other logo apparel company? No problem. Email us at info@rjroberts.com with the details of your old company and we'll contact them, get your logo, and start your ordering process with us. Let R.J. Roberts & Co. do the heavy lifting for you. Once you try us out, we know you'll be with us for good.
Q: Can I see some samples for sizing and color?
Sure, it's really easy. You can place a sample order for any item on the site. When you return it within 15 days you will receive a full credit for the items.
